Terms/Prices

I am based in Sutton, Surrey. I have my food and hygiene certificate. I have also been approved by Sutton Council.

Please allow 2 weeks notice (Wedding Cakes 1 month notice). To avoid disappointment, please give as much notice as possible. For late orders, feel free to enquire, I will do my best to accommodate if possible. NOTE: Orders are only confirmed when payment is made.

Terms

Full payment should be made upon placing of order.

Cancellation: * 50% refund of full payment for cancellation within 7 days notice in writing prior to the date of your pick up/delivery. * No refunds will be given for cancellation less than 7 days notice prior to the date of your pick up/delivery.
Delivery: We offer a delivery service, please enquire for more details when placing your order.

Please note: All designs are shown as examples. Lily reserves the right to make slight changes to any design without prior notice to fit in the portions you want/to make the cake look good. This also applies to designs given by customers. All cakes are supplied to look as pleasing as possible and each is made from scratch, so colour and design changes are common and cannot be avoided.

Cake Portion/Cutting of Cake:

The standard sponge cake portion for one person is 5cm x 2.5cm squared (2inch x 1inch squared). For a fruit cake, the standard portion is 2.5cm (1inch) squared.
